Soul Care is offered as a distinct form of counsel, often called spiritual direction, for those who want to attend to their inner life and their life with God. These 90-minute monthly sessions are centered on seeking God through prayer, attentive listening, and discernment. The work is grounded in spiritual friendship, a sacred space where, with patience and nonjudgmental care, I can ask the simple and searching question, “How is it with your soul?”

Soul Care is available for individuals, couples and small groups who sense a desire for deeper spiritual attentiveness, whether you feel unsettled, are seeking direction, or simply want a trusted companion to listen prayerfully to your story. This is spiritual friendship and mentoring that attends to who you are becoming and listens for what God may be saying in this season of your life.
