Executive Coaching
For leaders who want a trusted thinking partner for the challenges that come with leading people, organizations, and change.
Leading at a high level requires a clear mind and a steady foundation. Our focus is simple: Develop the Leader
Executive coaching is a confidential 1:1 working partnership, shaped around your priorities and goals. Engagements are tailored to your needs and typically meet every other week for a defined season. Sessions provide a focused, respectful space to think clearly, test assumptions, and move from insight to action, whether the work in front of you is strategy, a hard decision, or the discipline it takes to keep costs and expenses from quietly becoming a liability to the organization.
What we help with
We focus on the human side of leadership. While every engagement is customized to your context, we regularly help leaders navigate:
Decision-Making & Strategic Thinking: Thinking critically through high-stakes choices and long-term organizational strategy.
Leadership Presence & Communication: Finding your authentic voice and communicating with clarity and impact.
Conflict & Difficult Conversations: Navigating interpersonal dynamics, aligning teams, and managing productive conflict.
Resilience & Sustainable Leadership: Managing stress, avoiding burnout, and maintaining well-being while leading at the highest levels.
Career & Leadership Transitions: Successfully stepping into new roles, expanding your scope, or guiding your organization through change.
How we Work
Engagements are tailored to your needs and typically meet every other week for a defined season. A first time engagement often begins with 10 sessions over three months, and include additional forms of communication as needed. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Instead, we assess where you are right now, define what success looks like, and tackle real-time challenges together.
Coaching is not counseling, therapy, mentoring, or consulting, and no advice, treatment, or outcomes are promised or guaranteed. You maintain full autonomy and responsibility for decisions, actions, and results. All coaching is conducted in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics—including strict confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for your agency and lived experience.
For organization or CEO-sponsored engagements, clear agreements are established upfront between the sponsor, person being coached, and coach to define goals and progress reporting while safeguarding individual clients confidentiality.

Client Reviews
— Matt J. (Founder, Up8)
When I started with Pete, it was hard to determine where to begin. Pete listened to all of the context of my challenges and goals, and asked questions that both gave more information and also made me think deeply. Through working with Pete I've been able to identify my thought patterns and learn more about which ones serve me and which ones can be improved. This has changed my interactions for the better in all areas of my life. This has provided both short-term and long-term improvements I can measure. I can't thank Pete Della Santina enough!
Pete has been very impactful to my life. I've personally found him to be approachable, wise and incredibly knowledgeable. Perhaps most importantly to me is that he asks questions that show genuine care and curiosity. As a natural introvert myself, Pete enabled me through our sessions to have better confidence to lead where I'm able, both in my personal life and in my career in clinical research, but he's also helped me better recognize the benefits of being humble and a good listener.

For myself, as a physician and small business owner, Pete has helped me think critically and embrace personal growth in order to serve my community more effectively.
I highly recommend Pete to anyone looking to level up their professional development!
